1. General

These Terms of Service govern all purchases and interactions made through wasteman.online. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. We are a small independent shop selling original paintings and print-on-demand posters.

2. Products

Original Paintings

Original paintings are sold through direct contact via email. To purchase a painting, send us an email at hello@wasteman.online with your interest. We will confirm availability, agree on a price, and arrange payment and shipping directly with you. A purchase is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing (by email) and payment has been received.

Posters (Print-on-Demand)

Posters are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand producer. When you place a poster order, your payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your order is forwarded to our producer who prints and ships directly to you. Delivery times depend on the producer and your location.


3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include applicable VAT where required. Poster orders are paid through Stripe at the time of purchase. Paintings are invoiced directly and payment terms are agreed upon via email.

We do not store your payment details. All card payments are handled by Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS standards.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Paintings are shipped directly by us. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated during the email purchasing process.

Posters are shipped by our third-party producer. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the producer or shipping carriers, but we will do our best to assist you if issues arise — just email us.


5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, SFS 2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@wasteman.online. We will then provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note that for print-on-demand posters, if the poster has been produced to your specific configuration (size, finish, etc.), it may be considered a personalised item and the right of withdrawal may not apply. We will always be transparent about this before you complete your order.


6. Returns and Refunds

If you withdraw from a purchase, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@wasteman.online and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


7. Privacy and Cookies

We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfil your order (such as name, shipping address, and email address). Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.

We do not use any third-party cookies. Our website uses only essential first-party cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies from third parties.

For payment processing, Stripe may process data as required to handle your transaction. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party producers or carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the goods purchased.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
